This business is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They received my Ella’s Bubbles tub, tested it, drove 3.5 hours to deliver it, prepared the electrical, prepared the plumbing, installed it, tested it, and got it right the first time. I called for operational support after hours, and the owner answered while at his child’s soccer tournament. The contract was clear, straight-forward and fair!
Gleeson helped me order an Elle's Bubbles walk-in tub. They did a good helping me pick out the right tub with the right options and they helped me order it and when it arrived installed it. The pricing was transparent and upfront and they met the schedule. Once installed they gave me a tutorial on its operation. I had met with two other walk-in tub providers and neither were easy to deal with. Gleeson was a breath of fresh air.
Safe Step Tub was installed promptly as promised. They did an excellent job instructing us how to operate and use the tub and best of all the first use was wonderful, relaxing and safe. If you have not experienced a Safe Step Tub you are missing out on one of life’s greatest pleasures.
