“Last night my A/C went out due to user error. I tried connecting my phone to my thermostat. I ended up factory resetting it and screwing everything up. This was around 10pm. I was desperate for help so I called Airview AC and I was surprised someone answered. In West Virginia, once they close down business, your stuck waiting until the next day for help. They mentioned all their techs were busy for tonight and couldn't get someone out here until today. However, instead of waiting for someone until the next day, the business owners (married couple) walked me through step by step over the phone and got my A/C working. They didn't have to do that. “Excellent service on this third visit to try and figure out a difficult and puzzling problem with my a/c. These technicians and service manager are awesome!!! They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and yet they came back multiple times until they figured out the problem. It was a real puzzler!! Not only did they never give up, they didn’t charge me a dime for all the extra trips it took to solve the mystery problem even though I offered to pay them for the additional trips. I have been a regular client of Adon complete air, and used their services routinely to maintain our home HVAC system.
