“Awesome business and great employees; quick, professional, and thorough. My 22 year old system went out in the afternoon and I had a new replacement before sunrise the next morning. Morgan came out promptly after my initial call. He thoroughly investigated my problem and as expected my super old/antiquated system needed to be replaced. He was able to get a couple installers (Rashad and Santiago) to replace the entire system overnight. Both of the guys were super fast, but still very efficient in having us up and running before the morning. Anthony did a great final follow up check to ensure I had all the information I needed and took video documentation to ensure everything would meet inspection requirements. All around great experience (start to finish) with Prime and the above guys I mentioned.“
