This is a local company not a chain. I was able to get a same day appointment and all work was completed during the visit. The technicians were on time, friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. We were asked if we were completely satisfied before leaving.

I have been using Lake City for years. Can't say enough positive about them. Terrific family run business, and honest. They will never recommend something that is not needed.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Lake City is amazing! We are remodeling & needed to move 2 thermostats today so tape, bed & texture could finish up. Called them at 8am & left a message. They got back to me in minutes & Danny was here at 11:00. He sent a text when he headed our way with his picture. He did great work & was very friendly. So impressed I inquired about a service contract. We will sign up for that as well. Can’t say enough about them. First time using them & they were fabulous!!
