The whole installation took about 2 hours. They protected the wood floor with tarps. I highly recommend them.
The tech who came to figure out why my air conditioner was not working took his time to examine all parts. I was very impressed with his care and full explanation of the situation. He was also able to perform a fix and thank you so much I now have cool air on these hot days.
Jason was our tech he was prompt and did what he said he would do I told him we needed to be at airport by 11am to pickup relatives coming into town he was here at 9:30 am fixed our A/C and was gone by 10:05 am our home was nice and cool by time we got back from airport. Thanks legend air.
