The crew of 4, led by Charlie, Removed and replaced a 3 ton AC system in the attic. Took only about 6 hours! Added 2 new return air grills and did a great job with no damage to the house.
James came out to check two (2) AC units installed one week earlier. Checked everything. Added coolant to each unit to meet Trane specifications. Even wrapped some pipes with insulation to stop a little condensation that had formed.
After further questions, Jim said the techs meet weekly to share tips or criticizm on installs to continuously improve their service for their customers. Having worked in the auto industry for Ford and Chrysler, I understand the importance of quality control and trying to satisfy the customer.
