We were very Pleased with the service from The Colony AC. Tony Brown was prompt, courteous and professional. He repaired the problem and noticed another issue that could cause a problem later on. He didn’t pressure me to have any more work completed. However; his explanation and that the replacement was covered under our warranty was helpful. We replaced the part and he was completely finished in about 30 minutes.
He was very quick and easy to ask questions and get understanding to the problem.
He was also friendly solved the problem quickly and went above and beyond.
He is exactly the type of person you would want helping you out when things do not work.
Matt was genuinely a nice guy. He came out at 9pm on a Friday night because my ac was blowing warm air and it was 85 degrees in my house. He walked me through everything he was checking, was thorough in his inspection, took his time and got it back to cooling in an hour. He didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary parts or services. I am happy I found my new AC company and will request Matt next time I have any problems.
