Have used Southern Comfort Mechanical to install a 5 ton unit during 2024. Was very pleased with their performance.
Our 3.5 ton and 1.5 ton units were now 15 years old. Time to replace and to upgrade to a higher SEER. The team called and arrived early on our scheduled day. Alex, Dan and Eric were the installers. Very professional and careful/respectful of property laying down drop cloths and wore coverings over their shoes. They worked together as a team to complete the install successfully. Southern Mechanical has installed two different units over the years. They have done an amazing job and even with problem they stand behind it and fix it. Most recently, James came out for maintenance check and was super thorough in making sure everything was perfect for summer months ahead. He did super jpb.
Southern Comfort installed a whole new AC system for us. They were kind and helpful from the get go. We had to wait several days for the new unit to come in, but they did what they could to get us by. We ran into a little snafu the night it was installed. They sent someone out after 9pm. Problem was fixed quickly. So far, so good. They couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend. It's too bad they don't do appliances because now our freezer is out!
