The entire team at Northside Air are awesome. Starting with the staff in the office who are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All the technicians are highly skilled and personable. This is a great company that is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

Their customer service folks are quite rude and unfriendly. I am unfortunately stuck in an annual contract with them.Update Feb 28: The administrator called, she was super professional and listened to the concern I had. She immediately offerred a solution and got the problem fixed. I appreciate the reach out and the quick resolution.

Northside has gone above and beyond for me this week. After a bit of a bumpy start to my option period, Northside sent one of their best technicians out at 8:30pm last night to evaluate the system on the home I’m under contract to purchase. The technician spent over an hour doing a very thorough evaluation and wrote up a full report. My family has used Northside for a long time and has come to expect this very high level of professionalism and service from them. I could not recommend them any more highly!
