“Patrick Optical in Ft Worth knocked it out of the park today. I have been wearing a set of rimless glasses for almost five years. The last three I've been nursing them along as the bushings have been tightened and retightened to the point they were on their last leg. The model is no longer made, and the original corporate retailer wouldn't give me the time of day. Step up to the plate Mickey Bradley, optician at Patrick Optical. He assures me that he is familiar with technology and invites me over to get my favorite eyeglasses fixed. Not only does Mickey fix my eyeglasses, he introduces me to several sets that I really like. I have never had so many choices of eyeglasses. I always hated the high pressure, "everything looks great on you" sales of corporate shops. Well look no further. Patrick Optical is my new eyeglass shop and Mickey is the guy I buy from. Great experience. Head over to cowtown, and visit Patrick Optical.“

“Moving to Fort Worth recently the one challenge had was identifying optometry services for my typical age related vision issues. Frustrated with my last experience with an optometrist and three different optical shops I went to Fort Worth Eye Associates and Camp Bowie Optique - housed in the same building. Eye exam went as usual (thorough and efficient) but today when I picked up my new glasses - oh what a difference! Perfect the first time. Knowledgeable Optician. “I was visiting the area for a birthday party on a Saturday. Soon as we got to the party I had issues with my glasses and lost a screw and couldn't see to safely drive home. Already on a time crunch to get to a second bday party, i searched the area for closest pharmacy or grocery store. Made it to the local Target, planned to pick up a eye glass repair kit, but of course, they were out of stock. Frustrated and upset I googled eye glasses and up popped VisionWorks- 433 ft. away. I looked up from my phone to find this location was in the same shopping center that I was. When I got there I asked the ladies if they sold eye glass repair kits, they said they did not, I explained I had lost a screw that held my lens in place and then incredibly sweet lady told me to let her take a look (even though i had not gotten my glasses at visionworks). I didn't catch her name but she was so nice, she took the time to replace my screw, clean my lenses, even threw a compliment or two on my frames in there and completely turned my day around. She did not charge anything, she was fast and very friendly. Most importantly, i was able to see to safely drive my daughter and myself back to my area. Thank you sweet lady at Visionworks, your kindness and willingness to help changed my mood and set the course for our day on the right track. I will definitely consider visionworks for my next pair of glasses because of you.“

“My father and brother both are clients here, and I have actually been meaning to write this review for quite some time, but I couldn't remember the young lady's name, my brother just recently attended his appointment and he reminded me her name, but this place is already wonderful, but one of the employees in particular stands out from the rest because my goodness, she is sweet as pie! She is extraordinarily professional professional, always greeting us and taking care of us as soon as we walk through the door! And I recently discovered that she is still in high school which blew my mind because I've never met a high school student with such an amazing work ethic!! Her name is Ms. Macy! And she makes our day just a little brighter every time we meet.! The Dr. Here is amazing as well! Always going above and beyond to make sure we are receiving the best care possible! I will admit and as wonderful as they are I hate to say anything negative, but there is another young woman in the front that I s not as helpful, in not too sure what she actually does because when we arrive she doesn't ever welcome us or do anything at all but if Ms. Macy is there no matter how many clients she's juggling she always takes care of us too! She truly is a blessing and so is everyone else at this clinic!❤️“

They don’t have as many glasses to choose from as other chains but the options they do have are very nice and good quality. They did all kinds of measurements to make sure they fit perfectly and I’m very happy with my selection.“
