I came in today to see if I could get a screw placed in my sunglasses that had come apart. I did not purchase my sun glasses at this store, but Mark was so very kind and said that was not a problem and promptly put a new screw in and tightened the remaining screw as well! I appreciated his kindness and promptness, but also how gentle he was with my glasses. Thank you so much Mark for taking the time to help me today!!

Love this location! I originally went to this location as my Mom was looking for glasses and Alex helped her. My Mom asked her a billion questions and Alex was very patient, personable, never dismissive, and remained engaging. That impression left upon me sealed the deal of when I needed to get new glasses months later, I came back to this same location where Alex helped me. Alex was amazingly, did not disappoint and I got 2 pairs where she also leveraged applicable discounts for me in conjunction with my insurance coverage.
