“I live in Erie, PA and my wife's folks have gone to Forest for years. I went in there with a frame issue from glasses I got in Pennsylvania. He took the time to fix them and chatted with me about airplanes, Oshkosh, politics, trucks and politics. He fixed the frames and wouldn't take anything for it. (It was around Christmas.) I came back this year with my daughter and gave him a gift card. I didn't tell him I was coming. I just dropped in and he took the time to chat with me again. This fella is top shelf. “I had such a great experience here. I thought I knew what I wanted and it would be a quick in and out. But I had been given the wrong information elsewhere (not an Oakley store). Everyone here was helpful and polite. They even said "you can't even really tell the difference between these two lenses inside, let's go outside." Even though the store is in a mall, they took me and my husband and two sets of glasses through the mall to a sunny area outside. THAT showed me the differences between the two lenses so I got exactly what I wanted.“

I was experiencing some symptoms that came on out of nowhere and could have been a sign of something very serious.
