I have an illness that is unseen where I get weak and often have to rest. The representative I was working with was so kind and compassionate. She was very patient with me and even understood that I had to take an important phone call from a doctor I had been waiting on for two weeks. She kindly assisted the next client without missing a beat and came right back to me as soon as she was done. She had the same smile and attitude as she did before. Because of her, not only will I return, I will continue to visit this Visionworks as long as she is there.

Very friendly staff. Everyone answered my questions to a detail that seemed above and beyond. As someone who never experienced any ocular issues in the past, they did a great job explaining to me what all of the tests were for and what I was going to experience. I learned a lot from a single short session for both my problem and any future issues that may arise.
