“Oh man, I was writing a detailed review and somehow lost it! I don't have time to redo it right now, so I will condense it. First, I'm very happy with Dr. Alisha and Pack Optical. Even the office is nice, with older optical items that are interesting to see, and western influence decor. The staff are friendly and efficient as well. Dr. Alisha is, in a word, amazing! She offers a great eye exam, but that's just the beginning. Briefly, she found I have glaucoma early and sent me to a specialist. She was helping me with a dry eye issue when I noticed my glasses needed changing way too soon. This led to discovering cataracts that were growing. After cataract surgery she was my follow-up care doctor. The dry eye issue became worse, which isn't really unusual, but not to the extent that mine was. Thinking it could be more than the eye's oil glands, she sent me to another doctor who had more options available to help. Those treatments ARE helping a lot, so now Dr. Alisha is concentrating on helping the oil glands to function better again. Through all of this, she has been incredibly kind, patient, caring, informative and professional, as well as personable. After I mentioned in passing at one exam that my glasses were larger and more noticeable than I expected, she offered to change them at no charge.Though very kind of her I decided to see if my vision might change again from the initial after-cataract surgery eye test, due to the dry eye treatments. Then at my exam yesterday, SHE brought up the glasses to me, so she's definitely not as concerned about money as she is about her patients! So all in all, I would highly recommend Dr. Alisha at Pack Optical!! One thing though, they are closed on Fridays. Ask me how I know, lol.“

I did not purchase my sun glasses at this store, but Mark was so very kind and said that was not a problem and promptly put a new screw in and tightened the remaining screw as well! “I came here today for an eye exam and to get new glasses and contacts. This was the friendliest and most informative experience at an optometrist i have ever experienced. Dr Johnson showed me pictures of my eye and told me some new information about retina shape and contact lenses i was never taught in past visits at other offices. Jasmine (hopefully i spelled that right) helped me understand my vision plan and insurance so that i could make the best decision financially. She also helped me go through 6+ pairs of glasses to help me pick the right frames which was difficult because there were so many that fit the color, shape, size and style that i wanted. There was another lady in the office who kept complimenting my outfit too haha it was a very good atmosphere and very good people running this ship. Will definitely be returning.“
