Stopped in with my new prescription to look at frames. They had a great selection of styles, colors, shapes, etc. They were not pushy at all. I was greeted and then able to try on frames until I found ones I liked. When i was ready to buy, Eric was very helpful. He was able to check my insurance coverage and even though they weren't in network for me, they filed so I'll get a partial reimbursement. He didn't do a hard upsell on extras, but explained options. I'm excited to get my new glasses.
