The office stands out for its customer-oriented approach. The Hulen St location offers excellent service, from a warm welcome to accommodating last-minute eye exams. The staff is excellent from the front desk, to the eye tech and glasses expert. Staff matters and everyone there was absolutely amazing! They are quick and efficient for appointments. Great people at the front desk and Dr. Cross was great, very knowledgeable and made it an easy experience. Thank you! MyEyeDr. provides a positive atmosphere for eye care and glasses shopping, leaving customers satisfied and eager to return.
Definitely the best experience I’m one of original customers for MyEyeDr in S Hulen I always enjoyed visiting Chirs and all the other co workers who work there. I’d visited earlier today to get my eyes checked a doctor who helped name Zambili she’s awesome! She explains everything well and suggestions good pharmacies to go for medication you need. Definitely one of the best eye doctors I recommend to visit she’s GREAT very good at her job👍🏾✨ Thank you so much again Doc Zambili and Chris
Just moved to Texas and was looking for an eye doctor - found this place and it was a Great experience. Will definitely be back again! Miya was awesome and made the whole process very easy
The store was clean, welcoming, and very organized. Miya was amazing! She helped me with my glasses and got my appointment set up quickly and efficiently. Even while helping other customers, she remained friendly, patient, and professional. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how attentive and helpful she was. Excellent customer service all around… I highly recommend this store and Miya for anyone needing assistance with their eyewear!
