Stanton Optical is a full-service optical retail center that offers same-day service, including eye exams and glasses made in just 30 minutes. The store has a welcoming atmosphere, where customers receive helpful and patient service from staff members. The team, including knowledgeable and kind employees, makes the process of selecting glasses and contacts easy and fast. Recent reviews highlight the incredible customer service, with one customer praising a staff member for being extremely knowledgeable and professional, ensuring the perfect prescription and fit. Another customer mentioned the warm assistance from Lavonna, who helped them find comfortable glasses right before closing. With onsite labs and convenient locations, Stanton Optical remains a one-stop-shop for all eye care needs, though some customers have raised concerns about communication and service follow-up.
During my eye exam I realized the person performing the exam was not qualified. I requested a qualified person to perform the exam. Shalon was able to complete the exam. I had just lost my glasses and Shalon arranged for me to have glasses available later that day as I was leaving for an unexpected trip. I did make a change to my original order and Nick and Shalon were amazing. The staffing is poor! I have come into the office more than once finding one maybe 2 employees working with several tables of people being juggled to ensure they were not feeling the lack of staffing.
The experience was great. The girls that are the staff there are fabulous and for the first time being at Stanton optical. I highly recommend that a person uses them for their future eyeglass needs
Easy to find and get to. The promo is what got me to go there. Once I got there I found out they didn't take my insurance (Cigna) and the promo didn't apply to what I came in for.
I do LOVE my prescription and I LOVE the contacts I paid an arm and a leg for (over $350). But honestly, I'm not sure if I'll be back.
