Communication from Diane in the office was wonderful and she kept us well informed of next steps. If something came up, we felt seen and heard. Reed and Noah handled the construction and I have zero complaints. Quick response to any needs we had and they aimed to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Our pool and patio turned out better than we ever imagined and several people have said they feel like they are at a resort when they are in our backyard. That right there is an amazing testament to the project. I would pick Joy Pools over and over again. Highly recommend.“
