“We interviewed 6 different pool companies before deciding to go with Joy Pools. We were blown away by Todd’s design. It was far better than any of the others and we couldn’t beat their pricing. Todd was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process, even during the construction phase of the pool, he checked in on how we felt about the process. Communication from Diane in the office was wonderful and she kept us well informed of next steps. If something came up, we felt seen and heard. Reed and Noah handled the construction and I have zero complaints. Quick response to any needs we had and they aimed to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Our pool and patio turned out better than we ever imagined and several people have said they feel like they are at a resort when they are in our backyard. That right there is an amazing testament to the project. I would pick Joy Pools over and over again. Highly recommend.”

“I found Stone Systems walking through Costco. I wanted to upgrade my island stone to be a beautiful statement piece. Andrea was my very helpful consultant who came to my house for the initial consultation. The pricing was very reasonable for the work I wanted and I found the whole process to be pretty straightforward. There were a few bumps of picking the material, but I was very impressed with how they handled the issues. They communicated with me immediately and offered great alternatives. Overall, I found Stone Systems to be highly professional and customer service focused. They didn’t let any problems be “my problem”. They tackled them head on and I am thrilled with my new waterfall island stone! Che k out the before and after photos!”
