SDG Home Concepts - Kitchen, Bath & Home Remodeling
“I highly recommend SDG Home Concepts and the owner, Serge Gaski. Our family experienced significant water damage that required a major reconstruction of our first floor, including flooring, kitchen cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, painting, bathroom work, appliances, closet and many other repairs and finishing details.
This was a large and complicated insurance restoration project that took several months, and Serge and his team helped us through the entire rebuilding process. Serge was professional, patient, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He listened carefully to our concerns, worked with us on several upgrades and design changes, and coordinated the many different parts of the project.
We are extremely happy with the final result. Our home, especially the kitchen and first floor, turned out beautifully. After being displaced from our home because of the water damage, it was an incredible feeling for our family to finally move back into a completely rebuilt and beautiful space.
What impressed me most was Serge’s follow-through after the main project was completed. Even after we had moved back in and the project had been paid, I contacted him about a few remaining door, paint, and trim touch-ups. He responded, followed up, and arranged for his team to return and take care of them. To me, that says a lot about his character and shows that he stands behind his work and cares about customer satisfaction even after the project is finished.
Throughout the entire process, Serge remained approachable whenever questions or concerns came up and worked with us to find solutions.
We are truly grateful to Serge and the entire SDG Home Concepts team for helping us rebuild our home. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for a major renovation, reconstruction, or insurance restoration project, without hesitation to friends and family.”
