Chris came over and was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He quickly analyzed my issue, giving me options on paths forward while clearly explaining each one. Once I decided the route to go, he quickly took care of and replaced the problem valve. I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help!“

“Our church (Messiah Lutheran Church) had metal roofs and gutters that needed repair or replacement as well as other work done around the church. Based on the detailed inspection the contractor showed us photos of the problem areas and proposed a detailed list of repairs along with an estimate...and we hired them. The repairs that were needed to stop leaks and keep out squirrels were more extensive than could be discerned by a simple inspection. As they opened up the metal roof panels the extent of the repairs needed became apparent. Inside & Out and their subcontractor did not believe in just patching the areas that were leaking with sealant but actually replaced some metal panels, reinforced areas of the roof and reconfigured how the panels were attached to the structure. As a result, the roof over the fellowship hall is no longer leaking; and the squirrels are no longer gaining access to the attic over the sanctuary. Sections of gutters were replaced or repaired; and the ceiling of the sanctuary was repaired and repainted. Finally, the metal cross on the church building was repainted. to anyone wanting to have work properly and well done and at a reasonable price.“

“The Design House is absolutely wonderful to work with! Most recently, we hired them to do full turn-key remodel of our warehouse restrooms. They have also done all the tile installation in our showroom, as well as porcelain panel walls in our showroom restrooms and in my office. Ashley Haas and the installation team took great care of us and kept us informed of the timeline and upcoming installations for all the different trades. It was so nice not having to chase down the different trades myself. They took care of all the GC work, making my life SO MUCH EASIER! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! The work turned out amazing. “We loved our past experience with William French in 2021 we asked them to update our Jack and Jill bath this summer. The experience was once again fantastic. Gary Jackson helped us selecting all of the materials. His contractor discount came in handy at one of the popular home improvement sites. He chose a great bathtub and the glass for the shower/tub was beautiful. As was the experience last time, Gary and his project manager Joe Norris kept us informed of which trades would be showing up at the house. If you have been frustrated with prior remodeling projects where you have to continue to ask a contractor what happens next, that will not happen with Gary and Joe. They will keep you informed every step of the way. As was the case last time, the project was completed within the estimated time. In this case, less than three weeks from demo to finished product.“

“I can't say enough about the great experience I had. I called him to do some drywall work, baseboards, and some plumbing fixes. Brian came out, (on time by the way), did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. There wasn't the usual bait and switch to drive up prices as the jobs progressed. The work completed was professional and completed fairly quickly. The thing that really sold me was his integrity and pride in his work. He made sure I was 100% satisfied and when he left, there wasn't any of the usual buyers remorse associated with the random "handy scam". I will definitely be using again and referring to anyone I know looking for work to be done. what a great experience through and through. I highly recommend! One of the guys held the door for us as we walked in and then again on our way out a separate guy from your company stopped and held the door for us.
