So I am new to Texas and got super screwed on an insurance claim. I didn't know how it all works here. I met Jayme thru a referral and while this wasn't a service she typically offers, she allowed me to hire her to consult and walk me thru the whole process while not acting as a lawyer or public adjuster. Jayme is my angel; thank you!!
Donnie did an incredible job! I had shingles blow off of my roof during a storm. He came, found the spots, replaced them, and sent me pictures when he was done. Next day service. Saved my house and ceiling from water damage. Save yourself some time and use RPM.
I am beyond pleased with the work of this company. They prioritized timeliness without compromising quality and took my concerns seriously! Due to the extent of damage on my property, I was nervous for my bill, and RPM worked with my insurance to get me an unbeatable price. The owners are awesome and truly care for their clients. 10/10 would recommend again.
