I found Stone Systems walking through Costco. I wanted to upgrade my island stone to be a beautiful statement piece. Andrea was my very helpful consultant who came to my house for the initial consultation. The pricing was very reasonable for the work I wanted and I found the whole process to be pretty straightforward. There were a few bumps of picking the material, but I was very impressed with how they handled the issues. They communicated with me immediately and offered great alternatives. Andrea was amazing during the quoting process. So many other vendors either lack the desire to truly understand the customer’s needs and rush the process as purely a numbers/dollars game, or they lack any and all design expertise to guide the selection process of materials. She beautifully commanded both of those tasks. Personable and warm, talented and articulate in explaining the process, I recommend her and the company she represents.
We contracted with Costco. We liked what we discovered while researching Dekton which, though big box stores, is provided and installed by Stone Systems in our area. We visited Stone Systems' warehouse and found the sales staff, especially Tori Hill, great to work with, knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling the measurement of our countertops and the fabrication of the new ones was completed in a very reasonable timeframe. Sadly, after the countertops were installed, we found imperfections in the design pattern of the Dekton material pattern (not Stone Systems' fault). We reported the issue to Stone Systems and they worked with Dekton to replace the affected countertop....read full review
