“Five stars for Russ and Lawrenz Contracting is not enough. I met with Russ, the owner, on a Tuesday. He was so nice. He answered all my questions and explained how everything would work with insurance. His quote was right in line with my insurance company. I had no worries about having to get the insurance to pay out more or pay the difference myself. (Unlike with other quotes I got). Materials and his team showed up the following Monday morning and we're done by that afternoon. The team worked fast, and their cleanup was immaculate. I didn't find any nails or shingles left anywhere. Russ contacted insurance that day to have them issue the final check, and has been so patient as we wait for it to come in. I would 100% recommend Lawrenz Contracting to everyone.“

“I think relentless is an understatement on how motivated Chris and his team were on getting this roof done for us. We were buying our first home and the seller was at a loss on what to do and the roof had to be replaced. I contacted relentless and he assured me he would take care of insurance and get this done before closing, not only did he get that knocked out he also got insurance to put new gutters on our roof! And no this was no cheap roof he did for us it’s a laminate architectural roof with impact resistant ridges, we got to pick the colors, Chris stayed in contact with me and the seller to ensure it would be done for us and not have to worry, thank you Chris so much for your help I’ll definitely be calling you if I have ANY roofing or home contracting jobs I need!“

But what was the quality like after a few years of wear and tear?A single plank of my vinyl floor doesn't want to stay down! For those of you who know me, my sarcasm can get in the way of the truth.Consider this: After spending thousands of dollars on our nearly total home renovation three years ago this month, there is one plank of tile floor that is stubborn.Bottom line. You can be assured that Level 1 and their team will do the quality you want and expect. The cost is more than reasonable compared to other options. Is Todd the low-bidder? No. Is he the highest? No. Is he the most honest about what he says he will do for the cost he quotes? Absolutely. In fact, his team did more than I paid them for.One example. The few rooms we did not remodel they painted the cieling, walls, and closets, including removing the '70s popcorn without asking. When I asked how much that would cost me, they said, "We did it because it just wouldn't look right to leave part of the house unfinished." The cost - zero.“
