“The Vet Tech, a young African American lady, made our entire experience so welcoming and stress-free. She deserves an astronomical raise!! First, she saw us in the waiting area and immediately acknowledged us and asked if we had been helped yet. Although the vet was not ready for us yet, she kindly offered if we wanted to wait inside one of the rooms because the lobby was a bit loud. Lastly, she was very curteous throughout the whole process of asking for our pet’s history and information. I think her name was Maleah, but we can’t remember. Her customer service was so good we will make the 1hr drive again just to visit this location!“
