Being new to the area, in the beginning of 2023 when my 4-year-old boxer mix came down with symptoms that had him weak and not himself , we're thankful Dr. Fidelis was near by to help our Cosmo. Dr. Fidelis was able to pinpoint and execute a treatment plan within 48 hours of us visiting, Dr. Fidelis was able to find a treatment even with us giving some pushback and hesitation . He championed for Cosmo, it was a drastic change we saw my poor Cosmo slowly but surely get back to his old self. Because of his condition we visit the Kindred Care hospital on a regular basis and I'm so glad the supporting staff has come to welcome Cosmo and spoils him with treats and care. I highly recommend Kindred Care when it comes to getting the best care for your fur babies, they will be in great hands.“
“I can't think of one con. Everything is clean, the staff are well trained, the office visit is $35 and neutering is reasonable as well. My dog gets excited when he enters the door and remembers the people. I did my research; this is the place to go for the best care. The fact that they are lower priced is the cherry on top. My daughter is a vet tech and she is happy with Neighborhood Pet Hospital as well.“

“Love this vet office. They are caring and compassionate about both you and your fur baby/babies. They are reasonably priced, you're never pushed one way or another and are offered three treatment plans to choose from a low, medium priced recommended one and a high treatment plan. These ladies are like family to us.... They've been my vet for years for my 2 now 8 year old cats and both my recently deceased service dog (fall 2020 pictured as my profile picture, died from 2 bouts of rare canine cancers back to back) who she loved and they her and now dog who we've had 3 years now, they've helped us in pinches in regards to kennel shot requirement changes, they give great advice and suggestions for services like what ER places are open when they're not or that offer services they can't and animal kennel places (like Waggin Tails Pet Ranch in Fulshear another A+++ place) and are great about touching base to see how everyone is doing after you get seen for things like say parasites (tape worms) or other things along that that you may be giving meds for. As long as we're in Richmond we're going here. Love these ladies.“

He checked the documents, asked me to get overnight shipping label in pdf and I got them approved that very same day. I compared the cost with other vet, they charge outrageous compared to this vet.
