Absolutely absurd policies. Still forcing people to wear masks even though the pandemic is over. Wouldn’t let me sit in the lobby because I was too early and there weren’t enough seats for everyone, even though the lobby was empty and they’re clearly still limiting the number of chairs???I won’t be coming back to a place that practices and encourages pseudoscience like forced surgical masks and 6 feet distancing. It’s a bummer too cause the care was good.

Changing to another clinic. This clinic is costly, and the advice I was given I could have googled myself. I was charged for seeing the dr and for walking into the office - I owe 300 after insurance. I am new to the area, I explained my medical history but the provider was mostly focused on my weight. I was asked a lot of questions about how I eat. I noted that being fat was a SYMPTOM, not a diagnosis. I have a thyroid condition, and I wasn't fat until my thyroid gave out. I have also LOST 70lbs with regulated medication. I was frustrated because my medication gets weird postpartum. I felt fat shamed each time I visited, even after logging every bite I ate for 6 weeks...read full review

Love my Doctor! for whatever reason labs take forever. Over 2 weeks for test results to come back and the response that “it used to be 4-6 weeks” is sort of insane. It’s insane that is the processing time. I’ll be seeking a new insurance plan in the upcoming time.
