Ian by far deserves a 5-star rating! His overall demeanor was one of true compassion and I felt confident under his care. Austin was an absolute dear. He made sure me and my daughter were comfortable and cared for.
The reason I give the ER a 4-star was because of one of the doctors. I don’t remember her name but when she asked if I had a DNR, I told her yes and that my daughter had full power of attorney over all my affairs, including making critical medical decisions on my behalf. Very responsive team from check in to urgent care. If my memory accurate Nurse Regina in particular took extra time to communicate as did PA Tu and PA Taylor. After having CTA procedure I was fed by Nurse Regina from a stash of extra lunches. They then managed my transition to ICU for extra attention.
