BETTER NOT CHARGE ME OR MY INSURANCEWent in for appointment no doctors were on staff only the front desk, lab and lead nurse. SHE STATEDShe would treat me and asked why I was there.I stated for ear nose andthroat infection which started with my right ear. She did nothing for me !!!!!I will also call my insurance company and advise them of the lack of care...Hello Just wondering if you read comments from patientsJust so you knowi will share the post with the Texas state medical boardTo this date I am still fighting my infection andSwollen glands

I've called 3 days in a row and spoke to 3 different people who have all told me something different. This caused a huge delay in care for my mother, who has dementia. It's is disappointing, unprofessional, disorganized, and unacceptable.

I saw Nurse Practitioner Katherine Ford concerning the tremendous pain in my right ear. Her attentiveness and bedside manner are 2nd to none. She will either get you fixed up or will get you in with a specialist who will. She cares about her patients, can't say enough good things about NP Ford!
