Dr. Garcia was wonderful, and the people really care, making it a reliable choice for urgent medical needs.
My Father In Law fell and was complaining of pain in his leg. We went to one place and they didn’t have an Xray Machine so we called and came here. Shamika answered the phone and WOW! She was so nice, kind and patient as I shared the story. She said let me make an appointment but just come on in we will take care of you and she most certainly did! The XRay Tech, i don’t remember her name (young, tall had only been there 3 weeks) was so sweet was having trouble with the Xray machine but she called in reinforcements and it worked out. Highly recommend and we willll be back if something ever happens again.
I have a sinus infection ongoing. Dr. Jackie listened to me as explained I felt/heard a little rumble in my chest while trying to sleep Thursday night. Her thorough exam revealed it was not in my lungs, and just due to all of the congestion/drainage from my sinuses. She gave me peace of mind.
The staff was amazing! This was a last minute appt. Scheduling made within the BSWH MyChart app. I chose this location due to convenience of being around the area for errands. However, I did not understand there was a connection, nor did I understand why I needed to upload my child's information again (BSWH already has it). The lovely young lady at the front was so kind and helped me to understand the link between Next-Care & BSWH. The front desk & nurse showed incredible knowledge and a willingness to go above & beyond. An example, our nurse asked for a list of medications but I couldn't find the name of a resent prescription.
