My 91 y/o mother endured several serious scrapes to her arms after falling. She was in quite a bit of pain and is already pretty fearful of going to the physicians office. Rachel, the physician assistant on duty was so patient and kind to her. She allayed my mother's fears, gently cleaned the wounds and dressed them.

Well, it’s an association with Baylor Scott and White, so I feel they should have a way to share information about there patients. I was hurting and I had to sit there wasting time filling out paperwork. Excellent facility, but they need to stay up on their technology, and join BS&W hospital for patients information.
My experience with the doctor and the staff was very good. The only problem was the wait time in the waiting room and wait time in the examining room was way too long for a person who is feeling really sick.
