Even with such a large group, she still notices when my Binky—who is a senior Yorkie with arthritis—needs a break or a cuddle.

He has been a bit depressed since recently losing his brother, so I’ve been keeping a close eye on him. Time and again, I’ve noticed how sweet and caring Maribel is with him, as well as with all the other dogs. She never hesitates to sit down, play, and cuddle with each of the pups.

She truly has a huge heart, and I just wanted to say a very special thank you, Maribel. Your kindness has been noticed and is deeply appreciated.“

“I was suppose to see Dr. Folgers. They said that I called that morning, and that is why I did not see him. I was very happy with the Vet that I did see, but they should not tell you that you are going to see one Vet and then give you another Vet when you get there.“

“Alejandro worked wonders with our dog Indy! I really appreciated the type of training that he provided was hands-on instruction that empowered my wife and I to start training the dog ourselves. He showed us cues and behaviors that that we were enabling bad behavior with Indy. I appreciated he came to us and trained both us and Indy in the things WE needed to do to enforce good behavior and correct the bad.“

“Shyenne McCowan is definitely a very excellent dog trainer. She solved all the problems my dog Sweetie has. My dog used to be reactive to vacuum cleaner, microwave and hair dryer. After this training class, she is pretty relaxed with all those items now. The most important thing is that Sweetie can walk by my side and follow my steps during current dog walkings. She taught me a lot of methods to train my dog and they are all very useful for me. I really love her and we have built a good relationship during the last two months. I really recommend her for the professional ability and the kind attitude.“

“I took my dog here for training and he turened out amazing he understands basic commands and even more advanced commands. The staff is always friendly and amazing with the dogs. I also bring my other dog here everything we travel and I’m always worried free because I know she’s in great hands! One thing I love about love for dogs that’s other boarding places don’t have is the communication. The updates they send with videos and photos keeps me calm to know my babies are doing great !“

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My brother's apt was broken into while he was gone and his service dog was brutally attacked while trying to protect his home and his little sister. We rushed here for help, and from the moment we walked in the door, the ENTIRE staff was attentive, compassionate and just overall the best. I have rarely encountered people that genuinely treat your pet as if it was their own. Not even knowing who I was, since I came in after my brother and his dog, they greeted me and told me they had an emergency and all hands were on deck and they would be with me shortly. Once they realized I was with him, they escorted me to the room and even brought in a fan for us due to their air having some slight issues. I can not express how great of an experience we were given even though this was a very, very stressful time. The dr was very compassionate and didnt even charge us since they couldn't treat Djano due to the time we arrived and the type of injuries he had. They referred us to someone else and reassured us he would be ok. I can not thank the staff enough for all that they did. You can tell they really love animals and its not just a job. I will now be transferring my own dog to this facility based off the experience I had. Thank yall so so much for your compassion. It means the world to my brother, myself and Django. ( Also, his younger dog that ran away in fear during the break in) was found today and reunited with us❣. You guys really are the best!!!“

“We had such a great experience at Jackson’s Place! Leaving your dog somewhere new can be nerve-wracking, but they made us feel completely at ease. They sent regular updates with photos, videos, and report cards, so we always knew how Benji was doing throughout his stay.

It was so fun seeing him make new friends and have such a great time playing. When we picked him up, he was happy, well cared for, and clearly had an amazing experience. The staff genuinely seem to love the dogs they care for, and it really shows. We’ll definitely be bringing Benji back. Highly recommend Jackson’s Place to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy place for their pup!“

“Montreal worked with our puppy for three weeks and we see lots of improvement in our walks and just overall she seems calmer. It is wonderful to take our puppy on walks without having my shoulders jerked out of socket every time she sees a squirrel or another animal. We have a long way to go regarding recall/come but we are working on it and seem to be on the right path now. Everyone is happy?“

“My Stella went there for her first visit on July 15, 2026. The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating as they incorporated her into group play. They put my mind at ease when it was time to leave her for a few hours. The staff has created a very comfortable and safe environment for pups. We will definitely be going back for group play as well as boarding needs in the.future.“

“Mav has boarded at WUD a few times and every time he has had a great experience! We pick him up and I can see how happy and relaxed he is from his stay! I have a hard time leaving him and trusting him with others but WUD is definitely my favorite place to board him as I know he’s in good hands! “Sydney did an amazing job grooming my dog, Bowie! He came out looking absolutely adorable with the cutest teddy bear cut. His face was perfectly shaped, his coat was soft and fluffy, and he smelled wonderful. You can tell Sydney takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the pets she grooms.

Bowie looked happy, comfortable, and so handsome when I picked him up. The attention to detail was incredible, and I couldn’t stop smiling when I saw him. Thank you, Sydney, for always taking such great care of my baby!

“I have been calling to find a vet in the area and it has been excruciatingly painful speaking with staff trying to get a quote. I just called this office and spoke with Jared and he was extremely pleasant and polite and it was the easiest quote that I’ve gotten from any clinic I think ever so I really really appreciate that and because of that I will probably go into this clinic. My girl never gets anxious about coming it’s actually the exact opposite she is usually excited with tail wagging when we go.

Great office and friendly staff. I feel that Dr. Anderson listens to my concerns and addresses my issues. Callie is calm when we come to her appointments and doesn’t seem to be stressed by her visits.“

“Our recent visit was just for a leptospirosis booster but we have been visiting this vet for many years with the several dogs we have had over those years. We are always seen promptly and the staff and vets are always kind and attentive to our pet’s needs, even when the pet is less than cooperative. Highly recommend.“
