“Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, good customer service, and good add on options with play time. The only thing that I didn't like is this last time she stayed I asked when picking her up if I could go see her in the element (dog room), I was told no. I think the lady misunderstood as in thinking I wanted to go myself to get her from.the back. I said I just wanted to go with them to see her in the back. They told me no, that it was against their policy. I feel as if I am paying for someone to watch my dog I should be able to see her briefly in that space. One lady said it could make the dog nervous. It was at pickup, not drop off. My dog wouldn't get nervous she would be happy. That is the only thing I didn't like.“

“This is an excellent place for dogs. Following Hurricane Beryl and a prolonged power outage where we struggled to find pet-friendly accommodations, we left our dogs there for about a week.
