I was new to Houston, frantically calling all the vets Google would spit out. Three had already told me they just couldn't help me at all. When faced with my unusual emergency, the staff at Jersey Village Animal Hospital helped me find a nearby vet that *could* assist me. We've used their services ever since. From surgery to boarding, we have always been pleased. Their prices seem a little higher than some others in my area, but their attention to care is worth it. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My brother's apt was broken into while he was gone and his service dog was brutally attacked while trying to protect his home and his little sister. We rushed here for help, and from the moment we walked in the door, the ENTIRE staff was attentive, compassionate and just overall the best. I have rarely encountered people that genuinely treat your pet as if it was their own. Not even knowing who I was, since I came in after my brother and his dog, they greeted me and told me they had an emergency and all hands were on deck and they would be with me shortly.
