I moved from Kansas City four years ago and was nervous about finding the right place for my dog, but they have been amazing from the beginning! He runs in excited every time, which says everything. Paige is his groomer and does a wonderful job, but if she’s unavailable, I feel completely comfortable with anyone there. Everyone is so sweet and caring, and I’m so glad I found this place! 🐾❤
We had such a great experience at Jackson’s Place! Leaving your dog somewhere new can be nerve-wracking, but they made us feel completely at ease. They sent regular updates with photos, videos, and report cards, so we always knew how Benji was doing throughout his stay.
It was so fun seeing him make new friends and have such a great time playing. When we picked him up, he was happy, well cared for, and clearly had an amazing experience. The staff genuinely seem to love the dogs they care for, and it really shows. We’ll definitely be bringing Benji back. Highly recommend Jackson’s Place to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy place for their pup!
Jackson's place has been the best space we could find for our fur babies. The staff is super friendly and sweet. My once shy and timid puppy ended up being excited to go inside whenever we reached the parking. The daily funny reports, the everyday pictures and access to their webcams made us felt that our pets are in a safe space. It's fun to watch the dogs kept offleash and having a blast at Jackson's. Thank you Debra and team. You guys are wonderful!
