“After only two sessions with Alejandro I noticed significant improvement with my dog! My dog is a very large reactive Boxer mix and being close to 100 pounds he completely overpowered me. With his training I can confidently say that control is definitely obtainable. My dog walks besides me and doesn’t pull or drag me across the mud anymore. Alejandro also thought me how to better understand my dog, his behaviors and those factors that trigger his reactivity and ultimately how to control it. “I’ve used both Chanel and Jeni is the past to groom my dogs. Today I called and asked Jeni could she squeeze in my 6 month old Scottish Terrier, and she had no problem getting her in. I dropped my baby off at 8:30am and was extremely nervous because she had never been groomed, and she’s pretty assertive when it comes to being handled. Walked in and facility was very neat, smelled nice , and had curb appeal per usual. When I arrived to pick up my baby JENI DID AMAZING! I asked for a modified Scottie cut and Jeni Delivered. Her lines were so neat and blended. Jeni and my pup had become best-friends. If you are looking for quality grooms with friendly and convenient service 100% recommend!!!! We have a highly intelligent (read: opinionated) Mini Aussiedoodle puppy who went on an “education vacation” at 6 months old and came back literally able to take walks off-leash. We started off thinking we’d gotten ourselves the worst dog in the world, but now we all get along and we get compliments on his behavior all the time! She potty trained him and also taught us how to train bad behaviors out of him. We are SO grateful for her work and understanding with Rocky. He clearly loves her, because when she comes over for in-house lessons he jumps for joy when he sees her.Side note, she recommended an e-collar which we were hesitant to use at first, but now we are big fans! Can’t recommend her enough. Especially the education vacation!!!“

“Probably one of my latest reviews ever.Several months ago, I called Pet Services to book an appointment. No one answered the phone and their voice-mail was full. A few hours later, I got a call back from Jeremy and ask about I'm inquiry ( I was surprised that they actually called back if they missed your call). Long story short, he was able to squeeze my pup in his schedule. I brought him there at 7 and he didn't finish till about 9:30pm. Took a while because my dog was nippy, but my dog looked pretty darn good after getting groomed. Will definitely bring him here again. :) here's the before and after of the Lil monster. ?This place is definitely recommended. Prices are great and even forget about tips. ? lol had to drop off Jeremy's tip today and the man even forgot. Goes to show he's not all about the money, just more on the passion to do what he does best.“

“I don't even know where to start. I was used to bringing my dog to my vet for boarding until they told me they could no longer handle him anymore. I have a 5-year-old Pitbull and I do keep him sheltered because of the way people judge him. So, letting him go to just anyone for me is so scary. I heard about this place and decided to try them. The first day I cried all day at work worried about him until I checked my email. They sent a heartwarming email about how wonderful he was doing and that he was ok as well as pictures. Ms. Lorraine well she is just a god sent because Morroco never wants to come home when she is there.She has been working with him and he is doing so much better. He is still working on getting along with other dogs, but i do not have to worry because they do not force that on him. He will be going there for boarding for a week at Christmas time for the 2nc time and I can honestly say I have no worries at all. I even tell the staff i love them when i leave because they take care of my animal as if it were there's and that means the world to me because he is my everything.“
