i had to take off 1 start because of the AI bot i have to talk to when i call the clinic. i’d prefer to talk to a person when discussing things about my dog. there’s only so much an AI bot can do for me. all of the misunderstandings can be really frustrating, especially for clients that are older. having a real person to person conversation is 100% times better.
I have been calling to find a vet in the area and it has been excruciatingly painful speaking with staff trying to get a quote. I just called this office and spoke with Jared and he was extremely pleasant and polite and it was the easiest quote that I’ve gotten from any clinic I think ever so I really really appreciate that and because of that I will probably go into this clinic. I’m looking forward to my experience here and again. I just want to thank Jared for making that process easy for me especially when a lot of other clinics make it extremely hard.
Very caring and understanding when dealing with a a very sad situation with my pet. My go to vet since I moved to the area and every time they have been understanding and helpful with advice and care
