My only suggestion would be to consider upgrading the camera system. We love checking in on Halle during the day, but the current system tends to lag and buffer, which makes it tough to get a clear view. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints!“

“My cat has been going here for a couple years after they were able to get her in due to an emergency. Recently, Milo (my cat) has been seen by Dr. Herrod who has been amazing in figuring things out for her. She was able to see Milo prior to a procedure to rule out an infection and has given many recommendations to help her. I am really grateful for this as my cat is my little baby and having someone care for her and not make it seem like it's about a cash-grab is relieving.“

“Both Jack and Billie despise people outside of family. For some reason they tolerate everyone here (emphasis on tolerate). “Dr. Dees and the team at Riverchase are angels on earth. We had a Weimaraner that was the light of our world. The team at Riverchase loved him and cared for him as if he was their own.

Through some surgeries, some ailments, some illnesses, and even in health, the team at this animal hospital were better than I’ve ever experienced.

Especially though his later years and into hospice, Dr. Dees and her team went above and beyond to ensure our boy was able to get the care he needed while limiting his stress and discomfort.

Our sweet Polo crossed over the rainbow on 2/14/26, after 13.5 years of borrowed time, and he wouldn’t have had the life he had without this great team.

You’ve known Polo for a long time and you’ve been nothing but loving, caring, empathetic, and exceptional to our family member. Sometimes, the vet visit means something isn’t going well, but every visit, every check up, we knew he was in the best hands and that you all ACTUALLY cared.

Thank you for your support, your kindness, and your love of Polo. We will miss him so dearly but we know his life was better because he had the best nurses and doctors a doggy could ask for. Thank you.“

So when we recently adopted our tripod puppy, Finn, we knew he needed to go too.
All the trainers at Quintastic do such a great job and help integrate the training methods for us to practice at home too .

“We had a very energetic goldendoodle puppy who we took to Blue Step. Carla kept him for three weeks and completely transformed him. He is still very energetic but he is able to keep it under control. He follows all the commands and no longer jumps on my kids & every person he meets. “Update 1/31/2026: Bella still loves PetSuites years later, and our other dog, Lucas, goes now too. They go for group play and overnight boarding. The staff is so sweet and friendly and our pups adore them. There are cameras now in the playrooms and luxury boarding rooms as well. We highly recommend PetSuites Lewisville!

Bella has the absolute best time at PetSuites Lewisville. She first did Puppy Preschool, then graduated to regular Day Play, and she has also stayed for overnight boarding. The staff is so caring and friendly, and I trust that she’s well taken care of. I know she loves it, because when I pass off the leash she can’t pull them to the back fast enough to start playing with all her friends. She’s also been doing training sessions with SammieJo, who is the BEST, so patient and kind and Bella has learned so much from her. One thing to note - there aren’t cameras in the play rooms. At first I was nervous about this (Bella is the first dog I’ve taken to daycare), but she is just so happy when I drop her off and pick her up that I don’t worry about it anymore.“

“They were very kind and put my dog and I at ease. Dr Moore was great and gave me logical suggestions that would not add lots of time to our routine. They even followed through with the followup call to be sure he was doing well after his shots (our usual vet retired and they even got all his vet records).“

“This is the best veterinary around! Beautiful large and clean facility and you don't have to wait long at all. Caring vet and techs. I've been to a few vets nearby and Bartonville Veterinary Center is the best of them all. Plus, my dog had major surgery there earlier this year and Dr. Cordero did a wonderful job.“

“American Pet Spa and Resort is awesome! We've boarded my dog, Penny, there twice and she absolutely loves it. The facility is clean, smells nice when you walk in, and the dogs have large, clean kennels with individual beds and bowls. There are also many opportunities for play time and they are given walks often in the wooded area attached to the facility. The staff also gave her a lot of attention and affection. I felt she was getting much love there. We recently did the two-week board and train with onsite dog trainer, Yana. She is an excellent trainer and kept us abreast of how Penny was doing with her training. She learned a lot in the short period of time. I would highly recommend this place for boarding, doggie daycare, and training. I'm so glad we found it... it's a hidden gem.“

“I have been bringing Chanel for many years to doggie camp. The staff is very attentive to Chanel.and all the other doggies. They love all the pets there. Chanel is always happy going to camp and when picking her up!!
