American Pet Spa & Resort offers top-notch grooming and boarding services. The facility is amazing, clean, and designed for pets' fun, comfort, and safety. Guests praise the staff for being amazing, skilled, attentive, wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They appreciate the personalized report cards and detailed grooming options. The spa's beautiful property and kind staff provide a comfortable and safe experience for pets, with many opportunities for play time and walks in the wooded area. The resort also offers board and train packages with an onsite dog trainer, Yana, who is an excellent trainer. Many customers recommend the resort, citing excellent service, great results, and happy pets. Outstanding customer service!! There was an issue with one of our dogs that required medication and the manager went to our vet herself to drop off and pick up the medications to make sure we had a worry free vacation (out of state) and our pet stayed happy and healthy. She kept in contact with us the whole time giving us updates on everything! I could not be happier with our experience!
I have had my dog groomed here several times and I am always impressed by the care they show to the animals. Their work is always perfect and they are patient with my older, nervous dog. I have never found a better place than this!
I took my Golden Retrievers here a few weeks ago for boarding. The manager, Mary, was so kind and helpful and made me feel so at ease leaving our Goldens here. They were so well cared for and exhausted from how much fun they had while here. We will definitely be back!
