Guests praise the staff for being amazing, skilled, attentive, wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They appreciate the personalized report cards and detailed grooming options. The spa's beautiful property and kind staff provide a comfortable and safe experience for pets, with many opportunities for play time and walks in the wooded area. The resort also offers board and train packages with an onsite dog trainer, Yana, who is an excellent trainer. Many customers recommend the resort, citing excellent service, great results, and happy pets. Overall, American Pet Spa & Resort has raised the pet boarding business to a new level, providing a great experience for pets and their owners.
I took my Golden Retrievers here a few weeks ago for boarding. The manager, Mary, was so kind and helpful and made me feel so at ease leaving our Goldens here. They were so well cared for and exhausted from how much fun they had while here. We will definitely be back!
Talk about a total experience!! This is by far the best dog resort in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex!! The staff absolutely outstanding. The puppy postcards made me feel like I never left!! If you want the best for dog, cat, or exotic pet, this is the place to go!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I now can comfortably do whatever I want because of the love, compassion, and kindness this group of amazing people showed my dog!!
We had to board our cat due to an unexpected home restoration project. It was for an extended time and I felt very comfortable leaving her in their care. I would use them again should the need arise.
