“Outstanding customer service!! There was an issue with one of our dogs that required medication and the manager went to our vet herself to drop off and pick up the medications to make sure we had a worry free vacation (out of state) and our pet stayed happy and healthy. She kept in contact with us the whole time giving us updates on everything! I could not be happier with our experience!”

“My cat has been going here for a couple years after they were able to get her in due to an emergency. Recently, Milo (my cat) has been seen by Dr. Herrod who has been amazing in figuring things out for her. She was able to see Milo prior to a procedure to rule out an infection and has given many recommendations to help her. I am really grateful for this as my cat is my little baby and having someone care for her and not make it seem like it's about a cash-grab is relieving.”

“Definitely recommend! The staff are so welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for just a couple hours or a full day they accommodate so well! I was scared to bring my doggies to a place where staff wouldn’t pay attention or interact much but they sure do! I get report cards of them playing and my pups are sooo excited to see the staff it makes me a little jealous lol! They have monthly treats and events that make it even more enjoyable and entertaining for the doggies. I truly appreciate their care!”

“This is the best veterinary around! Beautiful large and clean facility and you don't have to wait long at all. Caring vet and techs. I've been to a few vets nearby and Bartonville Veterinary Center is the best of them all. Plus, my dog had major surgery there earlier this year and Dr. Cordero did a wonderful job.”
