Dr. Herrod is the best. My Lola had 30 teeth removed and Dr. Herrod took the time and patience to deal with me lol 😆 Lola is 14 years old so it was scary for me. Lola is doing much better now it's only been 3 weeks but she is returning to normal.
We absolutely had THE BEST experience today. My dog isn’t very dog friendly so the staff made sure not only I was comfortable but also my dog. The staff was VERY patient with my babies nail trim and went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this vet! I’m more than pleased.
Midge had her first visit today and we absolutely loved this clinic! The staff and Dr. Herrod were so kind and helpful. Even though Midge got pretty spicy with them during the bloodwork and vaccinations, they treated her with care and were very understanding (and they prescribed some anxiety meds for our next visit).
Dr. Herrod was very diligent in listening to her history and my concerns as a pet parent, and clearly explained possible diagnoses, treatments, and next steps. I also felt like the pricing for everything was beyond reasonable — we all know vet bills can be expensive and scary to think about!
