“We have taken our dogs and cats to Dominion Crossing Veterinary Hospital since moving to San Antonio 2 1/2 years ago. Dr. Shaw is the best veterinarian we have every had since becoming pet owners 30+ yrs ago!!!! She is extremely competent, gentle with the pets, courteous with her clients spending time answering questions and providing recommendations, and very practical when it comes to providing recommendations for tests, treatments or procedures. She doesn't try to pressure into spending extra money on things that don't benefit your pet. Their costs are also very competitive with what we have experienced at other veterinary clinics/hospitals. We recently had our 14 1/2 yr old boarder collie go through a phase of declining health and his ultimate passing and Dr. Shaw and her staff were so kind, compassionate, and practical throughout the entire process. While it was a difficult journey, we always felt so comfortable with the treatments and comfort that they provided on this long and difficult journey. Dr. Shaw is truly awesome and we highly recommend Dominion Crossing Veterinary Hospital for your pets!!!!!!!!!!“

“I had the BEST vet visit with vet tech Brian and Dr. H. Pinney! They both took their time, explained everything to me that I needed to know, were very thorough, and they treated my 13yr old baby with so much kindness and care. The prices are discussed with you prior to treatment and are honestly super reasonable. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed through anything so yeah this is definitely my new vet clinic. And huge kudos to Natalia for being so friendly and bubbly so early in the morning hahahaha! She helped to ease my anxiety as well. Keep up the amazing work MPC!!!“

“I took my husky mix I found 2 months ago to this vet today for the first time. He needed a blood draw and the dr and 3 techs helped muzzle him, get him on the table, and quickly got his blood. He was growling and nervous when we got there and when they were done they were all petting him, talking to him, and giving him treats. I was so impressed with their knowledge, patience and kindness. I am so glad my friend referred me here!“

“My cats needed their vaccines and I tried this place out because my main vet was getting too expensive. For one cat, 2 shots and a checkup costed $300.This place was amazing. The staff was VERY sweet! I liked how patient and kind they were with my cats. By the end of it one of my cats was more comfortable and exploring the examination room. I really liked how I got to stay with them during the entire visit whereas some vets will disappear with your pet in the back.For both cats it was a total of around $400 ($150ish for one cat with flea meds, one shot, checkup. $270ish with flea meds, three shots, and checkup). They also called me a few days later to see how the cats were doing.Thank you for a wonderful experience with Natsu and Figaro❤️ I will definitely come back here again in the future. Awesome staff and perfect care for my babies“

“Charlie, a 52-lb pit mix, was the victim of a dog fight. I called a couple of other emergency vets and got recordings. This place has an actual human who answers the phone. I came here because this is also where ACS emergencies go. She said Charlie would be seen right away based on his serious injuries. They carried Charlie out of my car and started working on his wounds immediately. He had 4 drainage tubes and countless staples. Their service includes removal of what they put in, so we came back for the tubes and staples after a few days. Dr. Kim Buck saved Charlie's life.“
“Staff was very friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The wait for the doctor was a bit lengthy, but worth it in the end. He was very interested and had useful tips as this was an intake/initial visit with our rescue dog Katy. We'll definitely come back.“
