Staff was very friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The wait for the doctor was a bit lengthy, but worth it in the end. He was very interested and had useful tips as this was an intake/initial visit with our rescue dog Katy. We'll definitely come back.

They are always so friendly. Was curbside service during the pandemic but now its two people allowed per appt. They offer a variety of services and they even included nail trimming. Got a years worth of vaccinations and treatments I know it's gonna be expensive but that's what we do for our furry children

I can't believe ANYONE has had a negative experience. I have had large, high maintenance pets....Mastiffs, Akitas, Danes, Bouviers, etc....and even large cats: Servals and Maine Coons.....and this hospital has managed our family like we were part of their family. Sometimes, their services can take a bit of time BUT THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT. In fact, I drive almost an hour to see Dr. Bauml and have seen a few other Veterinarians in the San Antonio area due to proximity and I ALWAYS return to the Assisi practice (ashamed for being lazy).
