“Hands down one of the very best office experiences I’ve had with a vet! We have a very shy little guy and had a terrible experience at another vet’s office. From the initial call, to allowing us to come in multiple times per week for “friendly visits”, to all the staff being so absolutely kind and even Dr. Hall coming into the room during a friendly visit to just say hi to our little guy! His first real visit went great because this team prepped him so well.The reception team is outstandingggg with their customer service and are on top of getting you in and out. The vet techs have been super helpful and I love that they offer a monthly program to spread out your costs vs paying at each appt. Pricing has been very competitive and everyone has been upfront about fees etc.Andrea has been such a blessing as a groomer and working slowly with our pup to get him use to everything so he’s comfortable. I’m so happy I found this team:)“

“A load of respect for this emergency vet. My dog was having constant bloody stool and bloody vomit that was very concerning. I brought her in and she was out in a couple of hours. They kept in close contact and called me as soon as there was treatment plans and results they had received. Great communication from everybody here and needless to say, they took care of my baby. “Our darling Roxy battled cancer like a champ, but we could not have gotten through this tough season in our lives without the staff at the Bulverde Animal Hospital. They have known our doggie since she was born and watched her grow up. We never felt guilty going on vacation without her because the staff was absolutely amazing with her, and they loved having slumber parties with Roxy. Sometimes I wasn’t sure if they were going to actually give my doggie back because they loved her so much.When we found out Roxy had cancer, we felt like we were their only customer. They were so attentive to us, answered our multiple calls, provided treatment options and even stayed late a few times for us to bring our doggie in. All the way up to the last day, Dr Richardson and the team were very patient and total professionals handling this situation. We couldn’t asked for a better team with the best bedside manners.We would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to the Bulverde Animal Hospital team for taking such great care of Roxy, all the way to the end.
