Our beagle had a severe allergic reaction to a ProHeart and a flea/tick shot he had received earlier that day. Since this emergency animal hospital was the closest to us, we rushed him there, and we’re so thankful we did.
From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. They acted quickly to assess and treat our dog while also taking the time to keep us informed. With this being a very stressful and emotional situation, their professionalism and empathy made all the difference.
Thanks to their excellent care, our beagle was back to his old self in a matter of hours and we are incredibly grateful to everyone… read full review
Amazing place! Wonderful staff and incredible vet. Took outstanding care of my very ill dog and forever thankful for this place and their team. Highly recommend - don't go anywhere else but here for your pet's emergency needs. FYI VCA Hospital off I-10 , was horrible and put us on a 9 hour wait list. We were immediately seen here at Animal Emergency hospital. A++
This place was the most affordable place I found in San Antonio. They were so quick very friendly, quick to assess the situation. If anything happens I will be going back because service was great. Juanita showed and explained everything well and Roxann was really kind and sweet Jack is healing nicely thanks to them.
