Excellent service as always, Doctors do fantastic job. And something you dont see often is the front desk staff who check you in and out and answers phone are polite, professional and truly care about you and your pet. I have seen Dr Doty, Dr Macias
and Dr Peterson all class acts 5 star experience.
We only take our cats and dogs there and have Dr Lovel as our vet! The people there are awesome! They were such a Godsend when we had to say bye to each of our furbabies that lost their battle with cancer. I HIGHLY recommend pet insurance no matter where you go, like ALL vets they're pricey.
We have been with Hill country Animal hospital for a long time. Initially our go to Vet was Dr. Peterson. He took great care of our pets and we will miss him when he retires. But just when we weren’t sure what we’d do after Dr. Peterson, we discovered Dr. Macias. She is as amazing and outstanding of a vet. Dr. Macias is thorough, highly skilled and easy to talk to. She really cares about your pets. We, and our furry ones couldn’t be more satisfied with her.
Hill Country Animal Hospital front desk staff, nurses, and techs, are also wonderful to interact with. We find them friendly and receptive to our pets needs and our questions.
