Potranco Veterinary Clinic is a well-established animal hospital with two locations in San Antonio, serving the community for over twenty years. The clinic is staffed by highly trained professionals who provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for pets.
The clinic offers a range of services including grooming, boarding, dental care, surgery, and check-ups. The doctors focus on high-quality medicine and care for all furry family members.
Clients appreciate the staff for their compassion and understanding, especially during difficult times. The staff are known to treat pets as if they were their own and are willing to accommodate emergency cases. The clinic also offers more flexibility with their schedule and walk-ins, although there is an extra charge for those without an appointment. Some clients noted that while their initial visits felt less thorough, recent experiences have been positive, with staff and veterinarians showing kindness and sweetness. Overall, the care provided is considered good, though some clients have expressed a desire for more communication during wait times.
I’ve only been here a few times but Ava at the front desk has always been extremely helpful and very courteous. Nobody is ever excited to go to the vet so the first person you meet sets the vibe and she has always been excellent. 10/10, A++.
They were fantastic. Was able to get in the same day I called for shots and checkup. Staff was so nice and great with my super old and anxious dog. He was so relaxed and loved them .
They accommodated my pup for vaccines without an appointment. The veterinarian and staff were fantastic, addressing all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them for anyone on the west side of San Antonio!
