I love my fur-babies vet and staff. Dr. Michael Ruiz is a very loving, understanding and a very good listener when I have concerns. Always greets with a smile.
The staff is also nice and very helpful with questions and concerns. I feel very welcome when I go to the office. My fur-baby gets treats at her visits also.
St. Francis Veterinary Hospital has always been the place for my dogs. I have only had two dogs, and they have always taken great care of them. I will continue to take my dog there…
I found this place when it came time to say goodbye to my dog of 14 years. From the first phone call to our final goodbye, this office was professional, kind, and compassionate. Each person that interacted with was so wonderful. They treated our situation, both emotional and financial, with grace. They treated my 9 year old son and I like actual people going through something hard rather than strangers there to pay them, unlike other vets I’ve encountered recently.
Thank you, St. Francis, for helping our boy cross the rainbow bridge comfortably and for your kindness through a very difficult time.
