“UPDATE TWO: so though they are very old-school, though they are only open four days a week, and though their phones weren’t really answered. The actual doctor and receptionist or secretary associate are fantastic. Really knowledgeable and the optometrist or eye doctor really does care. She’s super sweet and knows her stuff! She is our new eye doctor.!!!

UPDATE ONE: I finally got through. Was able to make the two appointments that I needed to. Anytime I tried to say anything that was other than the questions she was asking me she’d cut me off. So pretty rude, but I understand you have other things to do. Still rude though. Was able to make two appointments. I will make a second update after my appointment.

OG REVIEW: Pretty ticked off. Not only are they only open four days a week their receptionist is rude. I got hung up on OR they decided the person calling in was more important and switched over the line. I’ve called 15 times and keep getting their “the mailbox is full” automated message. I am FURIOUS. My wife has come here and said the actual doctor was great. Well that doesn’t help me if their receptionist isn’t going to do their job. I can’t help it. I have a very busy schedule and a toddler, and y’all are only open four days a week. Be patient.

“I had my lasik done Friday 1/30/26. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Strange and his entire LASIK team. From the very first consultation, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely confident that I was in the best hands. They were incredibly thorough—checking my prescription three different times just to be absolutely sure everything was perfect. I have smaller eyes that don’t open very wide, and when it came time to measure my cornea, the staff was nothing but patient, kind, and helpful. There was zero frustration—just genuine care and reassurance every step of the way. I’ll admit I had a silly fear about the tool that holds your eye open during the procedure, but they took the time to explain everything and helped me work through that fear. Turns out, it was no big deal at all. They even played Hotel California by the Eagles during the procedure, which was such a calming touch. The first part took about 30 seconds, the second only 18 seconds—it was over before I knew it. On the day of surgery, I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and was already on my way home to sleep by 9:00 a.m. The efficiency was incredible. That afternoon for my post op my vision was 20/15! Dr. Strange is attentive, reassuring, and truly invested in his patients. His assistant, Lisa, was absolutely wonderful—she calmed my nerves, talked me through the entire process, and was such a comforting presence the whole time.
