I think that is a long time when your prescription has changed and your existing glasses are worn out. Since TSO outsources to a vendor and you are providing business to them, you should be telling them when you need the glasses instead of them telling you. And if they can't provide the service you need, you find another vendor. You have a lot of competition in the eye care business when the turn around time to get glasses is much faster then 14 days. You're optometrists, eye care selection, and office staff are terrific, but the turn around time for new glasses just isn't realistic. Remember it's a prescription and the patient should be able to receive it in a safe and timely manner.***“
