Was so happy with my visit! The staff is warm and helpful. Dr. Han was friendly and professional taking her time to make sure I had the perfect fit needed. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
About Elite Eyecare Center
Elite Eyecare Center has received mixed reviews from its clients. While the eye doctor, Dr. Vo, is praised for being knowledgeable, professional, and caring, the reception experience has been criticized. Many customers have reported difficulties in reaching the office, citing that the phone is often unanswered, and the receptionist can be rude. Some clients expressed frustration over having their calls cut off or being placed on hold for long periods, with one reviewer noting they received a full mailbox message after multiple attempts to call. Despite these issues, those who have seen Dr. Vo commend her for her expertise and friendly demeanor, stating that their glasses and contacts are always just right. The center operates only four days a week, which adds to the challenge of scheduling appointments. Overall, while Elite Eyecare Center has an excellent doctor, the customer service experience leaves much to be desired.

Best optometrist experience I have had in a long time. I've been wearing contacts and glasses for twenty years. This was the most in depth eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Vo really cares. Highly recommend. Not a show boat, used car salesman vibe with opticians trying to sell you stuff you don't need.

So pretty rude, but I understand you have other things to do. Still rude though. Was able to make two appointments. I will… read full review
