“LADIES!!! Yesterday Susan used the buffer massager. She put the exfoliating pad on it. It was fabulous! My skin has never felt so soft. I have a lot of sun damage thanks to being a sun goddess for many, many years. This removed those little patches of dry skin. They are gone!! This will now be a routine thing for me in the spring, and dead of winter to remove all that dry skin. Plus since it is also a massager, once she was all done, I literally felt like I had been in a bed massager. My whole body felt wonderful and relaxed. This is an absolute must if you suffer from dry skin or if you love to get outside in that sun, it helps repair some of the damage that we do to our skin. I have been going to Susan for many years and I plan to continue going to her. She is the absolute best and her prices are VERY comparable.“

“I reached out to Massage Heights 5 months ago due to neck and back pain and I was hopeful this would help. Not knowing any of the therapist at the time, I booked just booked my appointment with whoever was available first. Luckily for me, Zora was who was available that day. Some what skeptical, I told her what was going on and how I tweaked my neck. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I walked out of there that day with more motion in my neck and less pain in my upper back. I have now been seeing her every month for the last 5 and look forward to that day each month. “TLDR; Magic hands, kind spirit, and will loosen kinks that have been there for years!If I could give Carsen more stars I would. What a phenomenal and effective practitioner, and an even better human.Carsen provided in-home rolfing sessions for me from January 2022 to June 2022. I did the full Rolf series with him and my body is better for it.He has such an in-depth knowledge of the deep connective tissue network and I often walked away feeling 3 inches taller. I would always jokingly tell him thank you for giving me a long giraffe neck! Thats how relaxed my muscles would feel after one of his sessions.By request, Carsen will teach you how to move with your new body, which is integral to maintaining the progress you notice. I was referred to her and this practice from her past clients of whom she has healed or helped. I'm a fairly active individual and my job is somewhat active as well as I'm a middle aged person so to speak I have the typical aches and pains that most have however I do have some other issues from an overactive youth that are causing me some issues now, so here I am. Doctor Amy is not only a chiropractor she's also a licensed massage therapist. This was important for me as my issues are not only my back but I have some shoulder issues this is muscle related muscle related she's able to adjust and help me with all of my needs in this fashion and she uses state-of-the-art start technologies. If you're looking for a quick In and out adjustment I'm not sure this is the place for you or if she dose that. She truly gets to understand you and your issues and then comes up with a plan to correct these issues permanently or properly and not just quick fixes in which case you'll be back shortly. I have had other doctors in the past but none as good as this one and I wished I had found her sooner. Her visits are by appointment only so call ahead to schedule. If you're not finding what you need elsewhere or if you would just like to have a different opinion of what is bothering you I I would highly recommend that you reach to Doctor Amy Saint John at Serendipity Health and Wellness.“
